Creative World believes in educating parents in order to convey our philosophy and to foster a healthy relationship between parents, children and the school. To that end, Creative World offers many educational workshops for the parents.

Need Help with Discipline?

One of the workshops we offer is in the evening for convenience. The evening workshop includes Redirecting Children’s Behavior, a comprehensive four-week course (one night per week) . The RCB course helps parents find more effective ways to discipline — to look at what's not working and why. The course gives parents practical skills and knowledge that they will be able to utilize on a daily basis.

Daytime Workshops

Daytime workshops include several courses that stem from the Redirecting Children’s Behavior Instruction Course. These topics include: “No I won’t, and you can’t make me!”, “How to Handle Sibling Rivalry”, “Tell them what to do, not what to “don’t” ”, “If you don’t stop crying. . . . .” and many others.

Orientation Meeting
For new families to educate parents about the Montessori Method.

Advanced Materials Meeting
For parents of 4 -5 year olds, to introduce advanced math/language materials, social studies and science

Kindergarten Meeting
For parents of 5-year olds needing to make the decision between public/private kindergarten or Montessori Enrichment Kindergarten Program.
